Mr. T, 3 years old, 25 lbs, Boston Terrier mix. This feisty little guy was brought to the shelter in Houston, TX after he scratched an older woman. He found himself on the terrible euthanasia list so we were able to get him out and into a foster home. It is clear Mr. T has some trust issues with humans and will need a patient person to build this relationship. He is currently in a foster home with other dogs and is overall doing great with them. There have been a few times where he is in the foster's lap and another dog comes close and he will growl. He appears to be possessive of his person to some extent. Outside of this he does great with the other dogs in the home. He is described as a sweetheart with a lot of love to give. After spending a few weeks in his foster home, the snapping has gone away. We think with strangers this may occur so something to be aware of. There is some resource guarding of his food. We recommend a home with no children under the age of 13. He would do best in a home with a patient family who can help him learn to trust that he is safe. We have no history with cats. We pity the fool who doesn't fall in love with Mr. T
He is currently in Seattle, WA in a foster home
